We thought you probably did.
And how do you feel about being inspired by music, and our largest-ever education project?
We’ll take that as a ‘yes’ too. Take a look at our preview video above, giving you a taste of our Watercycle Education Tour – filmed at the preview event as part of the Spitalfields Music Summer Festival. The tour will kick off this autumn with projects in Brighton and York and will be taking in 9 cities, 10,000 young people, 100 teachers across 50 performances. It’s our biggest education project to date but we need your help to make it happen.
£10 can pay for a child to attend a hald-day workshop with OAE musicians and to participate in an OAE concert
£50 could give a GCSE music student the opportunity to participate in two half-day workshops and hear their compositions performed.
£100 could sponsor a community choir rehearsal led by an OAE harsichordist to prepare participants for a full performance at an OAE concert locally.
