Yes, it’s time for the back-office staff of the OAE to get their moment on stage, and in the spotlight. Three members of the OAE office team are set to play in part in the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony tomorrow night. Projects Manager Megan Russell (above), Communications Director William Norris (also above) and Development Manager Isabelle Tawil (below), all auditioned late last year, were lucky enough to be selected and now, after months of often VERY wet rehearsal they are ready for the big night, tomorrow, after two full dress rehearsals in front of around 100,000 people earlier this week.

We’d be surprised if you catch any of us on TV, but (without revealing too much) Megan has a drumming role while Isabelle and William take part in a spectacular transformation early in the ceremony. Megan and Will are pictured above in the Olympic park just prior to the last rehearsal, while Isabelle is posed in our office with her Olympics Bib (used in rehearsal) and flag from this morning’s torch relay.

There’s a sneak preview of the ceremony on this BBC clip. It all kicks off at 20.12 tomorrow, and we advise you not to miss it, it’s quite something!
