Trusts & Foundations

Thanks SO much to you and all your wonderful players and team for such a fantastic concert and set of projects… The music and learning was exceptional and I know will stay with those young people forever… OAE’s education work deserves to be profiled MUCH more widely…’

Clare Lovett, Programme Director: Learning & Participation, Spitalfields Music

The Orchestra thrives on building partnerships with charitable trusts and statutory organisations to design and deliver an education and outreach programme that is bespoke and adaptable to meet the needs of participants. The 10,000 people we work with annually include toddlers, school children, conservatoire students, disabled children and young adults, elderly people and other members of the wider community. We perform in spaces that will benefit the community most and ensure that our music and programme is as accessible as it can be. We have enjoyed some lively and inspirational concerts in unusual spaces such as pubs and sewers, and are equally at home playing in more traditional settings of concert halls and community centres.

Our education and audience development work is reliant on contributions from partners and charitable donations. For more information about how to support one of our projects, please contact:
