Back in November last year we took our late-night series The Night Shift, clubbing, appearing at the legendary Vauxhall institution that is Duckie. This September we’re doing it all over again.
Yes we’re excited to be able to tell you that following our ‘blistering’ (their word) appearance last time we’ll be back at Duckie on 5 September at the iconic Royal Vauxhall Tavern. Plus, to help celebrate our 30th Birthday and ’30 years of breaking the rules’, we’ve been appointed honorary Resident Orchestra to sit alongside our Resident Orchestra title at Southbank Centre.
When we appeared last year we had no idea what to expect – but we ended up being pretty overwhelmed by the reception we got, with one of the loudest roars of approval we’ve ever had for a performance.
We’ll be playing a new 10 minute set, on stage around 11pm. Entrance to the club is £6 and you can dance the night away afterwards courtesy of resident DJ’s The Readers Wives.
We will also be announcing a full-length Night Shift show somewhere close by the same evening, details coming soon.
