We are seeking a talented and motivated fundraiser to be our Development Officer. The OAE Development team raises over £1m annually and the Development Officer plays a vital role in securing funds towards this target

The successful candidate will work with the Development team to raise funds to support the OAE’s concert activity, education work and our pioneering residency in Acland Burghley School.

The OAE has a loyal and generous family of individual supporters, and you will support the Head of Individual Giving in the delivery of high-quality stewardship for these supporters by ensuring accurate record keeping on our database, Tessitura; providing effective and regular donor communication; and assisting in running special events. You will also work with the whole Development Department and wider OAE team to provide administrative support across all aspects of the Orchestra’s fundraising including sponsorship and Trusts & Foundations.
