Since its inception, the OAE has reshaped the musical landscape with its pioneering spirit and boundless imagination. 40 years later, the Orchestra remains as forward-thinking as ever, combining artistic excellence with openness, whether in concert halls, opera houses, pubs, school halls, or at our home of five years: Acland Burghley School.
The Gala will begin at 6.30pm with a sparkling reception, followed by a three-course dinner accompanied by performances from the extraordinary musicians of the OAE, revisiting unforgettable musical moments from the past four decades. Guests will also enjoy a live auction and words from those who have played a special role in the Orchestra’s remarkable journey. Carriages will be at 10.45pm. For those travelling back to London that evening, train options will be available, and we will provide a complimentary coach service to central London; please let us know when you RSVP if you would like to reserve a space on the coach.
Tables will seat 12 guests, with two artists and/or special OAE guests joining each table of ten supporters. You may purchase single tickets for £850 each or an entire table for £7,500. All tickets include a ticket price plus a donation, on which the Orchestra can claim Gift Aid.
