The OAE is seeking an exceptional leader to succeed Imogen Charlton-Edwards, whose transformative tenure concludes this summer. This is a rare opportunity to steer one of the world’s most innovative period-instrument ensembles into its next chapter.

The Role

As Chair, you will be the primary advocate for the OAE’s mission. You will lead a board of dedicated sector specialists, ensuring our musical, educational, and audience-development goals remain ambitious and achievable.

  • Collaborative Spirit: While the Board meets quarterly, your impact will be felt through ongoing subcommittee work and high-level engagement between sessions.
