Schools

​From Plymouth to County Durham, Suffolk to Wiltshire, we work with five English regions to reach pupils who would not normally have access to world-class orchestral music. We build long-term partnerships with schools and music hubs and provide teaching workshops and classroom materials to ensure our impact is sustained.​

Special Educational Needs

​Over ten years, we have developed a reputation as a sector leader in non-clinical interventions for pupils and students with complex additional and special educational needs and disabilities. Our activities range from small nurture groups in school settings to large-scale performance projects at the Royal Albert Hall and Southbank Centre. You can read more about our work here.  ​

The next generation

​Our training, mentorship and performance programmes, The Ann and Peter Law OAE Experience Scheme (link) for early career instrumentalists and Rising Stars of the Enlightenment (link) for emerging vocalists, have enabled over 400 young musicians to begin their careers. ​

We also support the music faculty at our home in Acland Burghley School, Camden with GCSE and instrumental workshops and our afterschool club Dreamchasing Young Producers provides training and routes into creative careers for state school students.​

Communities

​We take classical music out of concert halls and into pubs, care homes, hospices, nurseries and other non-traditional venues. At our Camden base in Acland Burghley School, we welcome students and local residents to Community Concerts and Open Rehearsals to enjoy world renowned musical artists at no and low cost. ​
