Our new Friend memberships
The Orchestra’s Friends play a vital role in supporting its work, both on and off the stage.
From Monday 9 March, the Orchestra will introduce an updated membership scheme for its Friends. This revitalised structure simplifies the membership levels, making the scheme easier to understand and ensuring each tier has a clear set of benefits for supporters. The refreshed structure also creates clearer opportunities for Friends to deepen their involvement with the Orchestra, with each tier offering enhanced access and experiences. In recent years, rising operational costs have made this support more important than ever. The updated scheme will, we hope, help provide essential funding for the Orchestra. Whether performing at the Southbank Centre, delivering workshops in schools in County Durham, or touring internationally, the Orchestra’s work is made possible through the generosity of our family of supporters.
