We're thrilled to return to the Hipp in Darlington with another feast of hits by the most famous composers of the 18th Century.

Presented from the stage, the musicians of the OAE will guide you through an evening of music they love including the ‘Air on the G String’ by Bach, ‘Rejoice’ from Handel’s Messiah, concertos for two cellos by Vivaldi and for two violins by Bach, Charpentier’s Te Deum, music from King Arthur by Purcell and more. You’ll also get to hear how students from local schools have been inspired by this evening’s music as part of our Darlo Creates project, as they perform with the Orchestra to get the concert off to a smash-hit start!
